Idha ETail Arks Pvt Limited initiated at 2012, by team of professionals from various industries by Mr.Mohanram , Mr. Bala,Mr.Bala Shan –CEO and Mr. Sampath Mohanraj. Idha is mentored and advised by- P.Shanmugaraj –Chartered Accountant- CEO- Shanmugaraj & Co, Mr. Gibson –Ex- Chairman–Retail Association Of India and Mr. Ponnuswamy- Management Consultant.

What do we require?
Idha etail arks private limited is now looking for Aggressive partners as franchise to expand across each state across the country.  Investment of the complete infrastructure to the franchise is Rs. 8- 10 lacs (Depending upon the size/geographical area) as Non Refundable set up cost which includes franchise fee infrastructure, excluding real estate advance.

Current scenario:
Idha E Tail Arks Pvt. Limited has initiated tie-up with IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited) and established company’s first COCO outlet in Adyar RO (IOCL COCO unit) and parallel initiated the operations recently in IOCL- Tiruchy Division and outside IOCL in Vellore-Opposite to Silk Mill Bus stop.

How do we work:

Coffee n Recharge works on franchise model? Idha etail arks private limited has planned to appoint franchises. However number of location differs from metro and non metro towns.

                  Selection Procedure:

idha has the following basic selection procedures for partnering as the franchise.

  1. The prospect should submit 2 year minimum IT return.
  2. The prospect should posses a positive banking score.
  3. The prospect should not run the same line of business.
  4. The prospect should be able to appoint required manpower of running the business.
  5. The prospect should involve in all day to day activities of the business and be able to send daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
